Okay, So I've figured out how I am gonna do my room.... Did I tell y'all that I am re-modeling?  The walls will be an off-white, so that they will be ready if we ever move. My bed-spread will be a flower-print comforter, with a BUNCH of matching throw-pillows (I LOVE pillows!) The floors will be wood... And I want a fluffy purple-ly--blue rug to match the comforter... and pink/yellow curtains/blinds. My desk.....daaa-dyy?..... MIGHT be BLUE???? its pink now...... 
   Sound cute so far?

NEW KEETS

Hey Guys! I have two new parakeets, Sugar and Keefee. Sugar is white with a pale-sky-blue belly, and Keefee is green and blue.... Ok, Ok, Emma owns Keefee.... but Shug is mine.... named after my dad's uncle. She is so sweet...has been, since the day i got her.

Hey Y'all! I'm just checking in! Since the last post........well, we haven't done much,......well, I take that back! We went to the Mississippi  State Championship games (THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!) ....... but other than that, we haven't done much.

   My birds FINALLY trust me. Banana loves to cuddle.... and Pineapple rides my shoulder while I clean my room. I have "taught" Banana to bob her head up and down after I do it..... that was not hard, but its a big step in their success towards taking. Put it this way, Since they mimic me, maybe they'll mimic my speech!

      My math grades have improved. I am not making nearly the mistakes I used to be! While it was all careless errors, it still counts as bad grades. I have moved from 70-85% scores, to 89-100% scores..... most of the time.

     So, I think that sums it up! "post at ya later!"

PARAKEETS

Hey!
I was just gonna let y'all know that I am now the owner of TWO rare parakeets. They are green and yellow. One male and one female. Banana and Mango, who use to be Pineapple. B is the girl, and M is the boy. They aren't quite a year yet. Banana is a bit more tame than Mango, but he's getting there. I got them Thursday. I don't think Mollie is too pleased to have squawkin', chirppin', noise-makin', cage-rattlein' creatures in her room. 'Rissa, my cat, seams to enjoy watching them flap....I just hope she doesn't get too close! :-)............
.........PS. I'm writing a book about a girl growing up in the Great Depression.

OK! OK! My mom wont quit bugging me about the "heels". They are not really much of "heels" they have a "raised end". My mom says she wanted pics here to show that my idea of "heels" is, like, 2 inches. Okay, I'll admit, they aren't heels, but it feels like it to me, since I've always worn flat stuff!

OH, BY THE WAY....

I forgot to mention..... I have a jar that I decorated that I put on my desk. I will fill it with loose change over the next month. after one month, I'll see how much I've collected and send it in to help people who don't have clean water to drink. It is for the children that World Vision helps. They dig wells, sponsor kids, clean up after weather epidemics/earthquakes, and so much more! FAITH NEWS

Hey y'all! sorry i didn't post last Wednesday.... got tied up in school.but any way, I will post enough news for this week to cover for both.

TOP STORY: EASTER SUNDAY.... OK, so Ive been thinking, who do you know that goes to church only once a year?? Do they dress up so much that is makes them stand out? Come on, get real... you know someone like that. The guys wear suits that make them so itchy that their outfit is all they think about! and what about the babies and toddlers? they are just as uncomfortable, if not more, since they are left in a strange place with no way out! Ladies, this includes you too. Here are a 2 tips for you or a friend to make your Easter pleasant, and not about fluffy bunnies or eggs (these especially apply if you go to a church like Pinelake.): 1) Do not over do the dress. Don't wear your PJ's, but don't wear something that is on the terriibly itchy or tight/uncomfortable side. 2) Make sure the kids are dressed in comfortable clothes, too! They like to be comfortable as much as you do! (Please, if you know Mrs Charla, who posted on my last Faith News, please thank her for this article! She brought it up in Current Events, yesterday)

FIRST HEELS!!!

Hey guys! I just spent the night with my Nana and we went shopping....no surprise! I got my first pair of heels! the are only about 2" high... but I've already lost my balance twice... and completely fallen over once! :) It's rather funny.... Just last week I said that I'd never wear heels! ;)

ANYONE WANT A HORSE?

No kidding! My neighbor has Shelton Pony she wants to give away... FOR FREE!!! The horse has not been ridden very much and does not like men very much(she was abused by her first owner). She needs a VERY good, PATIENT, and loving owner. Her name is Buttercup. She is brown and white. She loves kids. Leave a comment and we will see what we can do!

Hey Guys! I am writing this mainly because I'm board. We haven't heard anything about Kara, and as for Harrison, I don't have any more news from him either! :(
On the positive side of things, haven't Y'all enjoyed this BEAUTIFUL weather!?!? :) I'm <3 (loving) it!!! SO pretty outdoors!! But I am NOT gonna get used to it...yet... its gonna change soon. :( Oh well.... enjoy it while it lasts... have a pick-nick..... go to the park.... take a walk by the water..... (ooh...mental note to self: TAKE A WALK ON THE WET-SIDE) See y'all later!!!

I HAVE ANOTHER PRAYER NOTICE!!!!

My cousin, Kara, (she is in my followers) was diagnosed with cancer....I will update as soon as I know more..... they really don't know much at all right now and neither do we! :(

Here is an update on Harrison: He is doing well.... has had two... or three chemo rounds.... and is doing well as of right now. Please continue to pray for them both! They would really appreciate it!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Hey... If you read the "about me" tab on the side, you should know: My cat, Rusty, died this summer. He was 15 years old... that means he lived a long time. I don't have my turtle either... he apparently climbed out of his bucket! :-(

PS... We were on Vacation when we got the call about Rusty! He had turned up missing a day or so before we left and we never saw him again...( our sweet neighbors burried him for us.)

PRAYER NOTICE

A friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. His name is Harrison. He has a type of bone cancer... I cant remember what type exactly. He had his first round of Chemotherapy two weeks ago and is doing well under the circumstances as of right now. Please Pray that he makes a full recovery.

I'm so sorry about not posting very often....just been busy, I guess! So, anyway, I thought I could give yall some updates...I have been doing some of my own Christmas Shopping. (I'm getting a beta fish for all the kids...one for each room, anyway.....they already know.) I am having to rush through this post because we are getting ready to leave. We are going to the New Stage Theater to see Annie! This evening, Emma and I are going to a girls' Christmas party at one of my friend's house. Saturday, we are going to another party for one of my other friend's birthday....well, I reckon that'll update yall for now....
